Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Software Engineer on the Expansion Team in the United States to help shape the self-serve product-led growth motion and drive the post-activation lifecycle, including checkout flows, upgrades, and renewal experiences.

You will build core systems powering purchasing and trials, using TypeScript, React, and Node.js, and collaborate with engineers to impact security for customers. This role offers career growth as Vanta scales.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years industry experience.
Led complex projects with engineers and multiple stakeholders.
Experience in startups or bias for action.
Experience with greenfield projects.
Interest in security domain.

Responsibilities

Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant impact to our business.
Set direction for critical technical surface areas, enabling us to stay ahead of continued rapid growth.
Design, develop, and own new product functionality and/or infrastructure leveraging modern frameworks and tooling (TypeScript, React, Node.js).
Work with talented and kind engineers to make a significant impact on our customer base, enabling them to improve their security and prove it.
Contribute to building Vanta’s engineering culture as we grow.
