Job summary

TradeOS is hiring a Senior fullstack engineer to own customer-facing features end-to-end across the stack (Next.js, React Native, Node, Postgres). You will engage with customers regularly, help shape the roadmap with founders, and uphold high quality with code reviews and strong testing.

Expect a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values observable, reliable software. You’ll work in a TypeScript monorepo and deploy weekly, shipping substantial customer-facing features and several fixes,

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production web apps, SaaS not required.
• Strong TypeScript and React experience; familiarity with a mobile stack.
• Ability to own a feature from spec to production without micromanagement.
• Customer-focused mindset; trade owners value reliable feedback.
• Prioritize quality, observability, and tests where it matters.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing features end-to-end: design, schema, API, UI, mobile
• Talk to 2–3 customers monthly via Zoom to understand problems
• Help shape roadmap; engineers and founders co-own what is built
• Code-review peers and be reviewed in return; maintain high standards
• Improve developer experience to onboard future engineers quickly
