Honeydew is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join Growth Engineering and Patient Experience. You will build features across a TypeScript backend and a React frontend, shipping experiments behind feature flags and measuring impact with the product team.

You will own instrumentation, drive growth initiatives, and ensure a high-quality patient journey. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, collaboration with product and design, and remote work flexibility.

Formación

• Full-stack TypeScript — production experience building backend APIs in TypeScript on AWS (Lambda or ECS) and frontend features in React with MUI and Vite.
• Growth and experimentation — shipped growth or retention features in a consumer product, including A/B tests and analytics instrumentation.
• Consumer-facing product quality — polished, mobile-friendly web experiences with performance and accessibility considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Build growth features end to end across TypeScript backend and React frontend.
• Instrument features and experiments, ship behind feature flags, and analyze results with product.
• Review code and fix incidents in the patient experience areas you own.
