Plasma is hiring a mid-level to senior fullstack engineer to own product surfaces across the stack from API to UI. The role focuses on TypeScript, Node.js backend, and React/React Native frontend, with close collaboration to shipping production-ready experiences.

You will work on reliable, scalable money movement features, partner with design and product, and raise engineering quality through architecture and testing. Join a fast-moving fintech team with strong ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Mid-level to senior hands-on engineer shipping production end-to-end.
• Strong product sense with ability to align product and engineering decisions.
• Experience building product-facing or client-side systems at scale.
• Nice to have React Native or native mobile development.
• Fintech, banking, or crypto-native background desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and own team product and client-side surfaces in React/React Native from API to UI.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and correct handling of real financial data.
• Collaborate with product and design to move experience and implementation as one.
• Drive architecture, testing strategy, and code quality within the team.
• Mentor engineers and shape technical clarity on the product side.
