Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Senior Fullstack Engineer - Crypto - this is a fully remote role and candidates can be based in US/Europe.

Our team is aligned around the mission to build the vertical crypto engagement stack. To achieve this, we’re building an omnichain technology stack to allow users to earn and explore, while providing ecosystems the tools to engage users and distribute tokens to them. With a community of over 1.1M active users and tier-1 partners like Coinbase, Uniswap, Base, Linea, and Polygon zkEVM, we have the resources to accomplish this mission.

The Role

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with strong knowledge of frontend and backend systems to join our Core Team. Your scope will include the design and implementation of the platform and tools for partners to drive results at the engagement layer.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the design and implementation of frontend and backend systems on platforms built on our stack.
• Shaping the future of our tools through design, prototyping, engineering, and discussions with our partners.
• Conducting independent research in your area of ownership.
• Developing and maintaining scalable applications to support over 1.1M active users.
• Implementing features to enhance user engagement and streamline token distribution.
• Integrating and optimising APIs for seamless interaction with various DeFi protocols.
• Writing and maintaining automated tests to ensure high code quality.
• Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• Crypto working experience
• Strong experience with scalable systems, database management (Postgres), and API scaling (tRPC).
• Familiarity with Redis and infrastructure tools to support scaling.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with a focus more on backend development than frontend.
• Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries and using Prisma.
• Ability to overlap 4 hours with East Coast US time zones.
