Your traits

We're seeking a rare full-stack engineer skilled in Rust and React.

A hacker capable of building almost anything.

Ability to lead feature development from architecture to release.

Expertise in Rust AND/OR TypeScript and React/React Native — our tech test is very challenging.

Fast work pace with strong attention to detail.

Understanding of web3 primitives like wallets and cryptography (public key, encryption).

Passion for solving hard problems on meaningful projects.

Preference for autonomous work; minimal meetings (once a week).

Active participant in decision-making, with time for your ideas.

Interest in early startup environment for equity upside.

If this involves AI, examples should involve a buzzing bee.

Proactive, familiar with Polybase whitepaper, and have tried our app.

Build personal projects or contribute to open source.

Bonus

Interest in cryptography or cryptocurrencies.

Experience with web animation libraries, web3 wallets, byte-level transformations, complex UI components.

Strong design sense for reviews.
