Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for LangSmith, our observability and evals platform. You will shape the technical direction across Go, Python, and TypeScript while collaborating with enterprise customers, developers, and internal stakeholders.

You will lead architecture, work with product and design teams, mentor peers, and ship clean, scalable code to support growth and performance in a data-intensive environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering on complex platform products.
• Fullstack experience with Go or Python backend and React + Typescript frontend.
• Strong databases knowledge, especially Postgres and Redis.
• Experience designing and scaling APIs in high-performance data apps.
• Get things done with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and implementation of key product features for LangSmith across Go, Python, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate on new features.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, driving timelines with high engineering standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
