Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for LangSmith, onsite in Boston, to shape the platform's technical direction. You will work with enterprise customers and end-users across Go, Python, React, and TypeScript to deliver scalable features.

You will own API design, performance, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong ownership mindset and experience with AI/LLM powered tooling are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience on complex platform products.
• Backend: Go or Python; Frontend: React + TypeScript.
• Strong DB knowledge: PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Experience designing and scaling APIs.
• Get-things-done mindset; Able to ship fast with feedback.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and implementation of LangSmith features across Go, Python, and Typescript.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate on new features.
• Drive aggressive timelines while upholding engineering standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
