LangChain, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for LangSmith, our observability and evals platform. You will shape the technical direction across Go, Python and Typescript, and work closely with enterprise customers and internal teams.

You should have 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong fullstack skills, and a track record of shipping APIs at scale. We value clear communication, ownership, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering on complex platform products.
• Backend experience with Go or Python and frontend with React + TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of database systems including Postgres and Redis.
• Experience designing and scaling APIs, preferably in data-intensive apps.
• Get stuff done attitude and strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and implementation of key features for LangSmith across Go, Python, and TypeScript stack.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate on new features.
• Mentor junior team members and drive timelines while maintaining engineering standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
