Job summary

Clera is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join an early, ground-floor engineering team. You will partner with leadership to ship high-quality features across multiple product areas with a strong AI focus.

The role requires 5–10+ years of software engineering, full-stack expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js, and experience with React, MongoDB, and BigQuery. Remote work from the Americas is supported; visa sponsorship not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack or frontend focus.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on frontend; Node.js on backend.
• Experience building production frontends with React.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and BigQuery.
• Experience deploying on Google Cloud Platform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work remotely from the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.
• Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end.
• Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code with a strong emphasis on quality and CI/CD practices.
• Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team and culture.
• Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.
• Contribute to AI-focused initiatives across multiple product engineering teams.
