We are a consumer AI studio that has shipped and grown multiple products reaching millions of users. We are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Lead to join our team for our upcoming platform focused on AI Agents.

Requirements:

• Experience in end-to-end application development, including full-stack development, front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and operations across multiple stacks (Typescript, Javascript, MERN).
• Proven track record of shipping products and collaborating with product teams on design and UX.
• Hands-on coding skills with a focus on robustness.
• Some understanding of AI agent systems.
• Proficiency in English, especially written communication.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in debugging complex multi-agent interactions and emergent behaviors.

Bonus Skills:

• Graduates from top-tier universities.
• Experience with well-known products.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Go, and Rust.
• Extensive experience with large-scale backend and frontend development (React, Tailwind, Node, Redis, MongoDB, Docker).
• Strong skills in AWS cloud infrastructure and cost management.
• Expertise in AI LLM inference and model fine-tuning.
• Deep experience building and scaling AI agent infrastructure, including multi-agent orchestration, reasoning frameworks, tool integration, memory management, and real-time coordination.
• Experience in AI training, fine-tuning, inference, and deployment (personal projects count).
• Contribution to open-source agent frameworks or related libraries.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning in multi-agent environments.
• Understanding of theoretical foundations of agent architectures (ReAct, Chain-of-Thought, etc.).
• Ability to lead and grow a team of talented engineers.
• Strong independent vision for the future of technology.
