Role Overview:

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our core R&D team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions across our product suite. This role blends deep technical skills in machine learning with production-level software engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Design and train machine learning and deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand business problems and translate them into ML/AI solutions.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets; develop ETL pipelines as needed.
• Develop APIs to integrate models into scalable production systems.
• Monitor model performance and improve model accuracy through retraining, data augmentation, or feature engineering.
• Conduct literature reviews and stay current with state-of-the-art AI research.
• Collaborate on model explainability, fairness, and performance audits.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• 5+ years’ experience in ML/AI engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy), SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of software development best practices (CI/CD, Git, containerization).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with LLMs or generative AI (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers).
• Familiarity with ML Ops tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI.
• Published research or contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced R&D environment.
