Tocco was born in 2022 to reimagine how we produce, not just how we consume. We’re building a B2B platform to make sustainable sourcing radically accessible — combining the most extensive alt-materials database with the tools and editorial context that make it actually usable.

We’re looking for one Senior Fullstack Engineer to help us move fast — and smart — across our platform and tooling. You’ll shape our tech stack, make high-leverage decisions, and build the foundation for a product that needs to be both powerful and beautiful.

What you’ll do

You’ll be hands-on from day one. Your job isn’t just to code — it’s to help us move fast & smart.

• Build across the full stack — from user-facing interfaces to backend infra and internal tools
• Make smart calls on architecture, frameworks, and trade-offs (we move fast, but never reckless)
• Own the frontend, backend, and whatever else needs doing
• Work with the founders to figure things out in real-time (because we don’t have it all figured out yet- and that’s the fun part)
• Bring ideas, ship fast, and close the loop — always
• Play around with data, AI tools, and material-related weirdness
• Help set the tone for engineering culture — and eventually, grow a team around it
