CodeRoad is a technology execution partner delivering enterprise-grade software for US clients from 100% remote locations in the USA. We seek a seasoned fullstack engineer to own the health, performance, and evolution of complex web apps built with C#/.NET and React.js, designing scalable APIs and robust data architectures.

You’ll collaborate with US-based teams, drive cloud-native pipelines, and mentor junior engineers while delivering high-impact solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional fullstack software engineering experience building and scaling web applications.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, ASP.NET Web API, React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex schema design, indexing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Cloud and DevOps literacy: Git, automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, and cloud-native environments (Azure preferred).
• Advanced English fluency (written and spoken) for collaboration with US-based teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Fullstack Execution: Own the technical health, performance, and architectural evolution of enterprise web applications by engineering robust backends in C# / .NET (Core / 5+) and dynamic frontends in React.js.

Orchestrate APIs & Services: Design, build, and maintain high-throughput ASP.NET Web APIs and integration layers to automate complex enterprise workflows and client-facing digital experiences.

Master SQL Server & Database Architecture: Manage data persistence, schema design, complex stored procedures, and query performance tuning within Microsoft SQL Server environments.

Drive Cloud & DevOps Standards: Integrate automated unit/integration test suites into cloud-native CI/CD pipelines (Azure preferred, AWS, or GCP) using modern Git workflows.

Elevate Engineering Output: Proactively manage technical debt, drive constructive code reviews, author technical documentation, and mentor mid-level and junior engineers in nearshore agile teams.

What You Bring

Core Experience: 5+ years of professional fullstack software engineering experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling web applications in high-velocity startup or nearshore environments.

Fullstack Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, ASP.NET Web API, React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management.

Database Expertise: Strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft SQL Server, including complex schema design, indexing strategies, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Cloud & DevOps Literacy: Deep understanding of Git, automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, and cloud-native environments (Azure preferred).

Engineering Autonomy: Strong ownership mindset, exceptional analytical troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to navigate ambiguous codebases independently.

Language Proficiency: Advanced English fluency (both written and spoken) is mandatory for seamless, real-time collaboration with U.S.-based engineering teams and client leadership.
