Job summary

CodeRoad is a technology execution partner delivering enterprise-grade software for US clients from 100% remote locations in the USA. We seek a seasoned fullstack engineer to own the health, performance, and evolution of complex web apps built with C#/.NET and React.js, designing scalable APIs and robust data architectures.

You’ll collaborate with US-based teams, drive cloud-native pipelines, and mentor junior engineers while delivering high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional fullstack software engineering experience building and scaling web applications.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, ASP.NET Web API, React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex schema design, indexing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Cloud and DevOps literacy: Git, automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, and cloud-native environments (Azure preferred).
• Advanced English fluency (written and spoken) for collaboration with US-based teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fullstack Execution: own the technical health, performance, and architectural evolution of enterprise web applications in C#/.NET and React.js.
• Orchestrate APIs & Services: design, build, and maintain high-throughput ASP.NET Web APIs and integration layers.
• Master SQL Server & Database Architecture: manage data persistence, schema design, and query performance.
• Drive Cloud & DevOps Standards: integrate automated tests into cloud-native CI/CD pipelines using Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Elevate Engineering Output: manage technical debt, conduct code reviews, document architecture, and mentor engineers.
