AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Web App Developer (Full-Stack) to build a mobile-first payments experience for a U.S. multifamily client.

You’ll own production quality, integrate with Parking API, and collaborate with product, design and operations to deliver a reliable, scalable app. Expect a hybrid/remote-friendly environment; you will mentor teammates, write tests, and help migrate users off legacy platforms with feature flags and parallel runs.

Formación

• 5+ years building production web apps, including 3+ years with React and TypeScript.
• Shipped a mobile-first, customer-facing app handling bookings or payments.
• Full-Stack & Cloud: REST endpoints, SQL queries, AWS serverless (Lambda, API Gateway).
• Migration experience: replace or migrate live systems with minimal downtime.
• Consulting/leadership: collaborate with Product, design and non-technical teams.
• Ownership mindset: tests, AI-assisted workflow, accountable for production work.
• Nice to have: parking/mobility/property management familiarity; AWS CDK; GitHub Actions.
• Location: LATAM and able to work US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Product & UI Engineering: build parking experience in React/TypeScript, mobile-first.
• Map vendor flows with Product and Design; decide what to keep, fix, or drop.
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and payment/vehicle data security.
• API & Backend: connect UI to Parking API; design REST endpoints with TypeScript, AWS Lambda, PostgreSQL.
• Migration & Rollout: move off vendor platform, run UIs in parallel, feature flags.
• Quality & Production Ownership: write tests (unit, end-to-end), monitor logs, fix defects.
