Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Web App Developer (Full-Stack) to own a mobile-first payments product for a leading U.S. multifamily client.

You will build resident and site-team experiences on top of the Parking API, replacing an external vendor platform and running UIs in parallel with a focus on production readiness and user-centric design. Ideal candidates have 5+ years building production web apps, 3+ years with React/TypeScript, and experience with AWS serverless,

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web apps with a mobile-first mindset.
• 3+ years of React and TypeScript experience with customer-facing apps.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience migrating live systems with feature flags and parallel rollouts.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

• Product & UI Engineering: build resident and site-team parking experiences in React/TypeScript, mobile-first.
• API & Backend: connect UI to Parking API via OpenAPI, design REST endpoints with TypeScript and SQL.
• Migration & Rollout: move off vendor platform with parallel UIs and phased rollout.
• Quality & Production Ownership: write tests, monitor, fix defects, and own production reliability.
