Citi is seeking an experienced Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst in Jersey City, NJ. The role involves hands-on software development, leading an agile team, and driving CI/CD practices to improve software delivery and quality.

You will mentor mid-level developers and work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions across the Prime Brokerage platform.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant Apps Development or systems analysis experience.
• Experience in designing, coding and implementing large-scale applications.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain UI components and platform features.
• Lead agile team discussions and drive CI/CD improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to junior staff.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and system design.
• Oversee documentation and risk management across SDLC.
• Lead post-mortems and root-cause analysis for production issues.
