Qualifications

• 6+ years of full stack software engineering on enterprise-scale applications.
• Expertise with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Angular/React, and Oracle/PostgreSQL stack.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI models, including LLMs or similar architectures.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Experience with Google AI/ML platforms and SDKs; enterprise integrations via RESTful APIs, Kafka, and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, introducing agile best practices in software development.
• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models using Python with deep learning frameworks.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems and build new AI-powered apps.
• Act as a liaison between development manager and the scrum team.
• Coach/mentor the team and remove impediments to delivery.
• Manage stakeholders, help develop roadmaps, releases and milestones.
• Develop frameworks, designs, data models, and architecture diagrams, and document communications.
• Ensure engineering standards including DevOps and SRE are followed.
• Be the second-level reviewer for application design and implementation.
• Provide inputs to test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
• Ensure releases go smoothly and act as the production incident contact at L3.
• Ensure sprint deliverables are met and adjust capacity while staying hands-on.
