Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Nashville is seeking a senior Full Stack Web Developer to lead a small agile team and deliver modern web applications. You will mentor peers, maintain code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship features.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience with front-end (HTML/CSS/JS/TS) and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, plus back-end (Node.js/Express/Django/Rails) expertise. The role follows a hybrid work model in Nashville.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in full stack web development or similar role
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript with React/Angular/Vue
• Strong back-end knowledge (Node.js/Express/Django/Rails)
• Experience with MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Experience with large SPAs and complex state management
• Familiarity with UI frameworks (Bootstrap/Semantic-UI/Material/Tailwind)
• Experience writing unit/integration tests (Jest/Cypress)
• Experience leading a team or direct reports
• Conducting code reviews for security, quality, maintainability
• Git version control and RESTful APIs understanding
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Bachelor-level or equivalent work experience in CS/engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship features
• Lead an agile team of 3–5 developers
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient code
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of apps
• Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs
• Mentor other full stack developers on concepts
• Maintain code quality, organisation and automation
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback
• Stay up to date with industry trends and tech
