Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with increasing technical leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale full-stack applications.
• Extensive experience with Angular, C#/.NET APIs, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and support of full-stack software solutions using Angular, C#/.NET APIs, and SQL Server.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architectural guidance, and coaching on engineering best practices.
• Design scalable APIs and services used across multiple business-critical applications.
• Drive front-end architecture and UX improvements with Angular and modern web practices.
• Lead database design, data modeling, and performance tuning in SQL Server.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Enforce standards, architecture principles, and coding best practices across the team.
• Plan and execute strategic initiatives and large-scale projects.
