Job summary

Flexjet LLC is seeking a Software Engineer III to join our backend development team, focused on designing, building, and improving high-performance APIs used across the business. You will collaborate with diverse departments and brands in the private aviation sector.

You should bring at least 5+ years of senior-level software experience, a suited degree or equivalent work background, and expertise in .NET, APIs, and microservices. Frontend experience is a bonus; Agile experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software developer with senior-level experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 2 additional years of equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, relational and NoSQL databases, microservices, and CS fundamentals.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• API/services development, databases, cloud services, and legacy migration experience.
• Frontend experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and troubleshoot high performance, high availability APIs used across the business.
• Analyze requirements to design new components and applications.
• Manage new and existing products throughout their lifecycle.
