Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) seeks a Full Stack Developer and Testing Lead to define, implement, and continuously improve testing and QA processes across front-end, back-end, integration, and user acceptance testing. The role leverages extensive full stack development experience to ensure test coverage across application, service, and data layers throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in testing/QA leadership and full stack development.
• Secret IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at proposal submission.
• Extensive experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience refactoring monolithic solutions into microservices within hardened containers.
• Experience with configuration management and IaC tooling (e.g., TFS, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt).
• Agile environment experience; DoD/government domain familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, establish, and lead testing/QA processes across front-end, back-end, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Establish the overall test strategy with objectives, methodologies, schedules and success criteria.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Develop and maintain integrations among the UI, service layer, and modernized relational database.
• Collaborate with teams to meet functional, performance, security, and quality requirements.
