Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Senior ETL/Database Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes supporting our data warehouse and BI efforts. Work with analysts, DBAs, and stakeholders to meet enterprise requirements using SQL and enterprise ETL tools.

The role focuses on DHA and Cerner data across inpatient and outpatient settings, leveraging cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Strong experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and data modeling is required on a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ETL, data warehousing, and BI data integration.
• Strong understanding of measure development.
• Experience with SQL Server 2008-2016, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, multidimensional modeling, Tabular, PowerPivot, and T-SQL.
• Familiarity with healthcare data sets (MHS/DHA/MDR/M2/ICDB/COHORT/Essentris) and container platforms such as OpenShift (preferred).
• Proficiency in Python, Zeppelin, Anaconda, R and data wrangling techniques.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain ETL and data integration pipelines.
• Validate data post-migration and optimize ETL processes for production.
• Work with AWS/Azure cloud data platforms (RedShift, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Collaborate with data analysts, DBAs, and stakeholders to meet business requirements.
• Develop and document data warehouse/data mart concepts and data models.
