Job summary

EXL Health seeks a senior .NET developer in the United States to lead end‑to‑end design and development of enterprise applications, covering front‑end and back‑end, with secure, scalable delivery.

You will work with product managers, provide production support, mentor teammates, and apply SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS, and cloud skills (Azure/AWS) to build robust solutions. Experience with data governance and data quality concepts is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise application design, development, testing, deployment & production support.
Hands-on experience in developing Web applications.
Extensively worked on streamlining deployment processes, implementing and supporting the product.
Extensive experience in SSRS, Data Quality concepts, Data Governance & Security.
Proficiency in Microsoft .NET framework 4.0/4.5, C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Web Service, IIS, HTML, CSS, XML, SOAP, JQuery, Ajax, ReactJS.
NHibernate and Entity Framework.
SQL Server 2016: Advanced SQL, Stored procedures and function.
SSRS/SSIS and data integration platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and integration of applications.
Produce scalable, high-quality code meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
Develop, deploy, test, and maintain assets in a secure enterprise environment.
Address production support issues and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with teams to ensure on-time delivery and proper communication.
Mentor team members and share knowledge across projects.
Translate business requirements into technical designs with security in mind.
Work with product managers to ideate software solutions.
