Job summary

ActiveProspect in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Product Engineer who will own customer and business outcomes across full-stack systems. You will deploy into projects and pods, ship end-to-end features from React frontend to Node.js and Python services on AWS, and bring learnings back to move teams faster.

The role rewards judgment—shipping the smallest viable improvement, knowing when to iterate or pivot, and applying AI-assisted workflows with Cursor and Claude Code.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping end-to-end features across frontend and backend.
• Ability to ship with high judgment and customer focus.
• Strong SQL/NoSQL data handling and AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes end-to-end, frame problems, design, ship, and measure results.
• Stay close to customers, shadow sales and support, drive decisions.
• Own domain interfaces, reliability, performance, and security, including on-call.
• Build and scale product surfaces and platform with React frontend and backend services.
• Architect AI-driven leverage and evaluate AI tooling impacts.
• Mentor teams, write memos, enable self-service for teams.
