Job summary

Referment is collaborating with a global investment and technology firm to hire a full-stack engineer who builds internal developer tooling, shared libraries and firmwide web applications. You will work directly with users across the organisation, combining engineering depth with product judgement to improve how teams operate.

This is an end-to-end role: shape product direction, choose technical approaches, write production code and iterate with designers and users through deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience building full-stack, user-facing apps with design input.
• Experience with multiple languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java or Go.
• Proven track record from concept to deployment.
• Strong communication and ability to work with users.
• Curiosity and problem-solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
