Job summary

NEPSE Trading seeks a Senior Product Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications end to end. You own the product direction, influence the roadmap, and are measured by outcomes rather than tickets.

You will build accessible UIs, robust back-end microservices, and GraphQL integrations, collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver impactful technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in full-stack web development.
• Ownership of product or technical direction, shaping roadmaps and outcomes.
• Hands-on with React and GraphQL, Node.js, and microservices.
• Commitment to accessibility and WCAG 2.2 compliance in UI.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container tech (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Shape what we build: propose and challenge roadmap items.
• Turn rough problems into defined work, write stories, sharpen requirements.
• Own outcomes: measure by impact (adoption, performance, reliability).
• Run discovery, spikes, and prototypes before full implementation.
• End-to-end delivery of full-stack apps with accessible UIs and APIs.
