Job summary

Team Velocity is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade tooling, reporting systems, and customer-facing applications for automotive marketing technology.

The role is remote within the Continental U.S., with preferred ET/CST hours and strong emphasis on AI-assisted development workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering scalable solutions at speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience building enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with full stack .NET application development.
• Advanced proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience with modern front-end development using Angular, Vue.js, or React.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and related data technologies.
• Familiarity with distributed caching, search, and large-scale data platforms (Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Snowflake, Cassandra).
• Strong CS fundamentals: OOP, data structures, algorithms, and performance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with modern engineering practices: TDD, Automated Testing, CI/CD, code quality tooling.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services for marketing, data processing, and consumer platforms.
• Build solutions supporting automotive OEM programs and nationwide dealerships.
• Collaborate with leadership, product owners, and teams to architect and deliver solutions.
• Research and prototype new technologies and platform enhancements.
• Influence APIs and technical standards through engineering expertise.
• Lead projects from concept through deployment with ownership and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems and production environments.
• Mentor developers through code reviews and best practices.
• Participate in modern CI/CD and automated deployment workflows.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and quality.
