Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a seasoned Full Stack .NET Developer to design and deliver enterprise-scale web applications for workplace and retirement services. You’ll work on-site in Southlake, TX and Austin, TX, collaborating with engineers and product partners to drive technical direction and high-quality solutions.

You bring 6+ years of full-stack experience with C#, .NET Core, Angular/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Design and develop full-stack web apps with modern practices.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core for backend services.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for accessible UI.
• Experience building SPAs with Angular and TypeScript.
• Design, create, and consume RESTful APIs.
• Relational databases and SQL experience.
• Unit testing practices to improve quality and reliability.
• Secure app design including auth concepts.
• Clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance scalable full-stack applications that support critical workplace and retirement services.
• Modernize legacy systems to improve performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
• Develop and integrate APIs and foundational services that enable faster, safer partnerships and platform evolution.
• Improve platform stability and reliability through thoughtful design, testing, and performance tuning.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, and team workflows.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to influence technical direction and outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
