Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join our expanding development team. You will contribute to front-end and back-end work, building scalable, user-focused web applications and collaborating with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver robust, maintainable code across the stack.

The role emphasizes C#, .NET Core, Azure DevOps, and React-driven front-ends, with opportunities to work on enterprise services and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years application development on the Microsoft .NET platform.
• Proficient with HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive design, Angular, React, NextJS, React-Native.
• Experience with React SPAs.
• Strong .NET Core (C#) with Web Services/APIs, HTML/CSS (Bootstrap).
• Proficient in SQL with stored procedures and database design.
• OOD knowledge incl. RESTful, microservices patterns.
• Experience with end-to-end data ingestion processes.
• Full SDLC experience incl. requirements, design, development, testing, docs.
• Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, Agile, Observability).
• Experience with Azure Function Apps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work on a software team to create new modules and feature functionality for the management system.
• Code, test, and prepare releases following standards for specs, development, testing and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Build enterprise services and applications using various programming languages.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.
• Perform C# code changes, production support, and enhancements.
• Work with end-users and teams to develop new features using C#, .NET Core and Azure DevOps.
• Integrate APIs and backend services into React apps with real-time data syncing.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
• Develop reusable frontend components and scalable systems.
