Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong front-end development skills with React.
• Back-end and full-stack development experience with Node.js.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement solutions across the full technology stack, with depth in at least one area and solid working knowledge of the other.
• Experience mentoring and guiding software developers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure patterns and frameworks, including AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Ability to support production environments and participate in incident management.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack solutions using Java for back-end and React for front-end, with approximately 60% front-end and 40% back-end focus.
• Write, review, and mentor other developers' code to maintain quality and foster technical growth.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to entry-level to mid-level software engineers.
• Design solutions in a full-stack environment, guiding architectural decisions and best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, supporting their professional development.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Support production environments, manage resiliency events, and contribute to incident management and resolution.
• Contribute to content platform development and enhancements.
