Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and build web services, APIs, and microservices. The role demands strong Core Java, Spring Boot, and React.js/Angular experience, with cloud deployment and Agile practices for a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with product teams, UI/UX designers, and business partners to deliver high-quality software through iterative development, TDD, and clean code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, and React.js or Angular.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, and Agile Frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience with modern relational and non-relational databases.
• 2+ years of experience deploying to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Maven/Gradle, SonarQube).
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, backlogs, iterations, user stories).
• Strong OO design principles and TDD practices.
• Frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright).
• Backend testing (JUnit 5, Mockito, TestContainers, Spring Boot Test).
• Code-quality tools (SonarQube, ESLint, Prettier, Checkstyle).
• Understanding of SOLID and DDD; refactoring and legacy code improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web services, webpages, APIs, and microservices.
• Collaborate with product teams on integrations, testing, and deployments.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain software quality through best practices and code reviews.
• Collaborate across teams to reduce complexity and improve interoperability.
• Work in an iterative, Agile environment with TDD.
• Participate in coding, pair programming, and architecture reviews.
• Support technical decision-making and problem resolution.
• Develop and deploy API solutions; use CI/CD pipelines.
