Job summary

Akina, Inc. seeks a Full Stack Java Developer 2 to advance software solutions in a TS/SCI–Poly environment. You will develop in Java and Python, work with MongoDB/MySQL, and collaborate with engineers in an Agile setting to derive user stories and plan work.

You will provide Tier 2/3 support, perform integration and testing, and contribute in a fast-paced team focused on mission success in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years’ SWE experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline required; 4 additional SWE years may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance software using Java; implement features per requirements.
• Collaborate with software and systems engineers in an Agile environment.
• Perform integration and testing for deployed capabilities.
• Test and debug code for integrated applications.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and address bug fixes.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
