Caribou Thunder is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to lead secure full stack development on mission-critical DoD systems in Omaha, NE.

You will architect enterprise Java web applications, integrate classified DoD infrastructure, and mentor teammates while enforcing secure coding and SDLC practices in Agile environments. This role requires active Interim Top Secret clearance and a track record of delivering under strict cybersecurity controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 10 years experience in CS/Engineering.
• Active Interim Top-Secret clearance required.
• Full stack development with Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience in secure DoD or classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java web apps.
• Integrate classified DoD infrastructure for secure connectivity.
• Lead secure SDLC, secure coding practices, and code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, systems engineering, and DevSecOps groups.
