Job summary

J&T Business Consulting seeks a Senior Full Stack Java/Angular Software Engineer (Level 3) in Annapolis Junction, MD. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

You will design, develop, and enhance enterprise systems, lead cross-functional teams, and build Angular front-ends with RxJS and Java/Spring Boot microservices. Responsibilities include architecture, code, testing, and deployment of full‑stack apps, Kafka messaging, and Docker/Kubernetes deployments within GitLab CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Front-end UI built with Angular/RxJS.
• Back-end services built with Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience with Kafka, JMS, Oracle/Elasticsearch for data and messaging.
• Experience containerizing apps with Docker; deploying with Kubernetes.
• Technical lead experience across distributed teams.
• Strong collaboration with systems/hardware engineers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, code, test, and deploy full-stack web applications (Angular front-end, Java/Spring Boot back-end).
• Develop back-end integrations using Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security, JMS, Kafka.
• Design/optimize database interfaces and data/indexing pipelines (Oracle, Elasticsearch).
• Containerize apps and manage microservices with Docker/Kubernetes in GitLab CI/CD.
• Lead cross-functional teams, set coding standards, and oversee code quality.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to define software requirements and interfaces.
