Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience configuring and managing Veeva Vault RIM objects, lifecycles, document types, and security.
• 4-6 years of Release & Change Management experience with impact assessments and change proposals.
• 2-4 years of experience with Vault data model, object relationships, and data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Veeva Vault RIM implementations, upgrades, and releases across Submissions, Registrations, and Content.
• Provide technical governance, best practices, and architectural guidance for the RIM platform.
• Act as primary escalation point (L3) for complex issues and platform support.
