Job summary

COLSA Corporation in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy software for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). You will drive full software lifecycle, containerize apps with Docker, and implement CI/CD pipelines for Linux/ARM environments.

Expertise in 3D geospatial visualization (CesiumJS) and leadership in software architecture are highly valued. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, with DoD Secret clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Full-Stack development with TypeScript and Python.
• Strong Linux and edge/embedded (ARM) experience.
• Experience with Docker and artifact/dependency management.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications for UAS.
• Develop and manage containerized applications with Docker and related tools.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build/test/deploy.
• Implement 3D geospatial visualization using CesiumJS.
• Provide technical leadership on software architecture and best practices.
