Job summary

COLSA Corporation in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy software for Unmanned Aircraft Systems, operating across Linux and ARM-based edge devices.

You will build CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications with Docker, and implement 3D geospatial visualization using CesiumJS, contributing to mission-focused programs that require reliability in connected and disconnected environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Full-Stack development experience with TypeScript and Python.
• Experience in Linux and edge/embedded environments (ARM).
• Familiar with Docker and artifact/dependency management.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, automated builds, testing, and release management.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack software applications supporting UAS and mission systems.
• Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and related technologies.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, integration, and deployment.
• Implement 3D geospatial visualization using CesiumJS and related mapping technologies.
• May evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.
