Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to develop, integrate, test, and maintain software capabilities from requirements through production delivery at the DIA HQ in Washington, DC. You will work across the technology stack with engineers, architects, product owners, and mission stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable software solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience across development, testing, integration or maintenance.
• 5+ years in Python, Java, or other OO languages.
• 4+ years building web apps with frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
• Experience building backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience using Jira or similar tools.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, test, and maintain software capabilities from requirements through production.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Develop backend services, APIs, data integrations, and user-facing features.
• Participate in design discussions, troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and improve quality.
