Qualifications

• 8+ years in backend systems at scale with Python or Kotlin.
• Experience building high-volume telemetry systems.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Kafka, and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Own the telemetry pipeline architecture balancing reliability, performance, and cost.
• Mentor a team of six engineers and guide observability initiatives.
