Job summary

Teamified is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to deliver high-quality software across the Rosterfy stack within a growing SaaS engineering team. You will influence architecture, elevate engineering practices, and ship scalable features for multi-region deployments in a transition to a product-focused model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building SaaS products end-to-end.
• Comfortable working across the full stack—from frontend to backend.
• Experience in ISO/SOC2 compliant environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable features using Laravel, PHP, React/Next.js, and AWS.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Design to deliver user-focused features.
• Build and evolve APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and system performance.
• Mentor peers with a focus on code quality and documentation.
