Job summary

ShyftOff Corp is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to build scalable features across the full stack, from backend services to intuitive front-end experiences. You’ll work closely with product and engineering leadership to ship high-quality software for our Agentic Workforce platform.

Qualifications

• Have 3+ years of experience shipping production SaaS applications.
• Be comfortable working across the stack—frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud.
• Take pride in building reliable, scalable systems and ownership over what you ship.

Responsibilities

• Build & Ship Product Features across the full stack with performance, reliability, and scalability in mind.
• Influence architecture decisions and evolve the platform as we scale.
• Write clean, maintainable code with good test coverage and documentation.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and design to translate requirements into technical solutions.
