Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned software engineer to design, build, and scale distributed systems in a fast-paced startup environment. This role combines frontend React or Svelte work with backend Java/C++/C#, leveraging Azure DevOps and Kubernetes to deliver robust, secure solutions.

You will mentor peers, lead design reviews, collaborate across teams, and create reusable components and patterns while shaping architecture and technology strategy in a dynamic US-based team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years frontend with React or Svelte.
• 4+ years backend in Java/C++/C#.
• Experience in architecture and design of systems.
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Azure cloud and DevOps.
• Knowledge of microservices and REST APIs.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in fast-paced startup environments.
