Job summary

OEConnection is seeking a Sr Full Stack Software Engineer in Alpharetta, GA to design and build high-quality software across the full stack. You will partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape technical direction and mentor teammates in a culture of ownership.

You will craft scalable backend services, APIs, and frontend experiences, while driving best practices, security, and performance. A remote-first setup with a monthly stipend supports collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 6+ years building and shipping full-stack applications.
• Experience with SaaS architecture, API design, microservices, and cloud-native development.
• Ability to mentor engineers and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of full-stack features for OEC’s SaaS products.
• Build scalable back-end services, APIs, integrations, and front-end experiences.
• Partner with architects and engineering leads to make sound technical decisions.
• Facilitate design discussions balancing quality, maintainability, and delivery.
• Break complex work into deliverable increments for predictable execution.
• Write clean, testable code and promote engineering best practices.
• Champion secure, observable, and resilient system design.
• Leverage automated testing, CI/CD, and feedback to improve quality.
