Job summary

OEC in Alpharetta, GA seeks a senior full-stack engineer to design and build scalable SaaS products spanning cloud-native back-end services, APIs, and intuitive front-end experiences. You will partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape technical direction, solve complex problems, and mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years building and shipping full-stack applications.
• Experience with a modern back-end language/framework.
• Relational databases and automated testing/CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong SaaS architecture, API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of full-stack features for SaaS products.
• Build scalable back-end services, APIs, integrations, and front-end experiences.
• Partner with architects and engineering leads to make sound technical decisions.
• Facilitate design discussions balancing quality and delivery.
• Break complex work into deliverable increments for predictable execution.
• Write clean, maintainable code and model strong engineering practices.
• Champion secure, performant, observable system design.
• Leverage testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and feedback to improve quality.
