Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and scaling web-based applications, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Experience leading technical projects end-to-end—requirements, architecture, implementation, launch and optimization.
• Strong experience with modern Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD).
• Fluent in at least one modern language such as Ruby, Java, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, resilient, and elegant web-based solutions for a SaaS product.
• Lead by example in design, coding, and architecture; mentor engineers.
• Formulate and optimize algorithms and queries to ensure scalability and performance.
• Design and deliver new features with robustness and maintainability in mind.
