Job summary

Reveal Technology is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to bridge high-availability cloud infrastructure with mission-critical mobile apps at the tactical edge. You will own the evolution of our core web app and APIs, ensuring secure, offline-capable synchronization in low-bandwidth environments.

You will design frontend with React, build Ruby on Rails APIs, optimize PostgreSQL, and modernize infra with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional full-stack experience.
• AI native development with tools like Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
• Expert backend & database architecture with Ruby and SQL.
• Advanced React architecture and frontend performance tuning.
• Production PostgreSQL knowledge including indexing and performance tuning.
• DevOps & IaC with Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale frontend experiences with React.
• Architect and scale full-stack services using Ruby on Rails and APIs.
• Own PostgreSQL data modeling, migrations, and query optimization.
• Modernize infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform; optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote engineering excellence through design reviews and rigorous PRs.
• Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot escalations and keep field operations unblocked.
