Optimyzation LLC is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own critical architecture decisions for a next-generation community platform. You will ship features from UI to backend, collaborating with product and design to turn Figma mockups into performant React components using TailwindCSS-style tooling and Supabase-backed services.

You will mentor juniors, advocate best practices in code quality and DevOps, and explore AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-stack experience with React and modern frontend tooling.
Experience building scalable, responsive user interfaces and robust backend services.
Comfort designing schemas and optimizing SQL queries in PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and scale the community platform end-to-end from UI to backend.
Collaborate with product and design to convert Figma mockups to React components.
Leverage Supabase to build secure, scalable backend services.
Optimize performance with caching, lazy loading, and query tuning.
Mentor junior engineers and promote testing and DevOps best practices.
Experiment with AI tools like GitHub Copilot to speed up development.
Evaluate new tools (Supabase extensions, React Server Components) to future-proof the stack.
Deliver 0→1 products in a fast-paced startup environment.
