Reputation is seeking a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to advance our enterprise social media SaaS platform. You will build clean, fast UI with React/Node, participate in design reviews, and own features from implementation to testing in a CI/CD environment.

This fully remote role offers collaboration with product teams across time zones, mentoring, and opportunities to impact scale and performance while working with Docker/Kubernetes and GCP in a modern cloud setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building interactive UI for high-volume web apps.
• Solid JS/React.js and Node.js skills.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, OOD, design patterns.
• Experience with Postgres and performance tuning.
• Containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud experience; migrating to GCP.
• User-centric approach and empathy for end users.
• Familiar with distributed systems and message queues.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, scalable UI with best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners from design to delivery.
• Contribute in a fast-paced CI/CD Kanban environment.
• Lead or own technical projects across teams.
• Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge sharing.
